KINGDOM Builder The heart of every café — crafting drinks and creating a welcoming space where every guest feels known. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Make hand-crafted coffee, espresso, cold brew, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and Lotus teas -Greet and serve every guest warmly and remember the regulars -Run the register and handle mobile & rewards-app orders -Keep the café clean, stocked, and inviting -Work together as a team through the morning rush WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- -A friendly, positive attitude and a heart for people -Dependability and punctuality -Willingness to learn — no experience required, we'll train you -Able to stand and move throughout your shift

MANAGER Help run a café day to day — leading the team on shift and supporting the Operations Manager in building a culture where staff and guests are cared for. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Lead the team on shift and keep service running smoothly -Train, coach, and encourage KINGDOM Builders -Handle opening/closing, cash handling, and daily tasks -Maintain quality, cleanliness, and stock levels -WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -Some café, retail, or restaurant leadership experience -Strong people and communication skills -Reliability and a sense of ownership -A heart for the KINGDOM mission

OPERATIONS MANAGER The operations manager of a single café — owning everything that happens under its roof and leading the managers and team beneath you. WHAT YOU'LL DO- -Run all day-to-day operations of your store -Lead, develop, and hold accountable the managers on your team -Own scheduling, inventory, ordering, and the store's financial results -Hit sales, quality, and guest-experience goals -Report to and partner with the -Multi-Unit Leader WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -Store-level or restaurant GM experience -A strong leader of leaders with an ownership mentality -Accountable for results; organized and operationally sharp -Deeply aligned with our mission

LOCAL COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR Grow each café's presence in its own community through events, partnerships, and grassroots promotion. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Plan and run local events and community partnerships -Manage social media and local promotions -Build relationships with schools, churches, and businesses -Support grand openings and seasonal campaigns WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -Creativity and a community-first mindset -Social media and content skills -An organized self-starter, comfortable representing the brand in person -Design or photo skills a plus -Deeply aligned with our mission

MULTI-LOCATION
ROASTING FACILITY DIRECTOR Lead our roasting facility — owning the craft of roasting our ethically sourced coffee today, and growing into oversight of our commercial kitchen as we build it. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Roast green coffee and dial in roast profiles for our cafés and wholesale partners -Own green coffee purchasing and vendor relationships -Lead quality control and regular cupping to keep every batch consistent -Manage inventory, roast scheduling, packaging, and equipment upkeep -As we grow: oversee the commercial kitchen, its production, and its team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -Roasting experience, or a strong coffee background and eagerness to learn -A sharp palate and real attention to detail and consistency -Sound judgment on purchasing, quality, and food-safety standards -A hands-on leader ready to grow with an expanding facility -Deeply aligned with our mission
