Meet KINGDOM Roastery
KINGDOM Roastery is our dedicated roasting facility in Northwest Missouri — the quiet engine behind every cup served at our Cameron, Chillicothe, and St. Joseph cafes. It's where green beans from fair-trade farms become the coffee you brew at home, the espresso pulled in local shops, and the bags shipped across the country.
We built the roastery with one goal in mind: to roast great coffee the way we believe it should be done — in small batches, by people who care, with Scripture at the heart of the work.
A Separate Space Built for One Job
The roastery isn't attached to a cafe — it's its own space, purpose-built for roasting, cupping, and packaging. That separation matters. It lets us focus on the craft, control quality at every step, and scale production for wholesale accounts without compromising the coffee in our cafes.

We source ethically from fair-trade farms in Colombia, Brazil, and beyond. Farmers paid fairly for exceptional quality.

Every lot is cupped — tasted and scored — before we buy. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't come home with us.
